We’re a professional services company that has been developing a wide range of property developments with our disruptive Co-Development at Cost Methodology since 2008. This disruptive model was pioneered by CEO, Dave Williams-Jones at the height of the 2008 World Economic Recession as a means of creating professional work for his business when we were solely a cost engineering firm.

Our Values
Our embedded transparency through all of the stages of our developments has been the principle reason for our success. Our investors appreciate the transparency and we appreciate their ideas. The amalgamation of this process is the soul of co-developing.
Because all the work we do in the design phase is done at risk, we have to move very quickly to achieve our objectives. Our business is constantly evolving as the demands of the market change and our flexibility allows us to adapt our product offering to whatever the market demands.

We were introduced to FWJK Quantity Surveyors (FWJK) who had successfully pioneered a Co-development at Cost model with four previous office blocks already completed in Umhlanga. We were particularly impressed by the total transparency and good corporate governance displayed by FWJK in the development of this 11,000m2 office block known as Strauss Daly Place. As a result of our satisfaction with the Co-development Process pioneered by FWJK, we decided to again invest in their new Bree Street, Cape Town Office Development known as Touchstone House. We were particularly impressed with the ability to ensure maximum design efficiency in this development. FWJK Quantity Surveyors has undertaken two quantity surveying appointments for us in the last five years. We have now appointed them on a third hotel extension. FWJK Quantity Surveyors has, over the last fifteen years, purchased vacant land from Tongaat Hulett Developments (THD) and undertaken numerous office and mixed-use developments thereon. FWJK have recently embarked on what has proved to be an extremely successful concept whereby FWJK has initiated a process of co-development by selling interests in development entities to various end users, investors and the like. In the last twelve months, they have purchased approximately 13,000m² of office bulk in THD’s Ridgeside Office Estate Development Precinct, all of which have been successfully on-sold and all of which are currently under construction. FWJK has recently acquired another piece of land in Ridgeside with a bulk of 11700m² and is currently in the process of marketing it.
