The Docklands is an 8 storey, 134 luxurious residential apartment block located in de Waterkant, Cape Town. The De Waterkant is a thin culturally rich vein nestled between the CBD and Greenpoint. With its brightly coloured buildings and cobbled streets, this area has an atmosphere that is unique to Cape Town. Yoga studios, art galleries and corner cafes are just some of the spaces that you will come across in this area.

Our architects carefully combined a mixture of face brick, steel, wood and glass to give The Docklands a timeless industrial look which sits seamlessly amongst surrounding building. The rooftop features a stylish rooftop bar and pool styled by Weylandts and boasts a 360-degree view of Cape Town.
